Why we introduced the People Mover
Durban’s picturesque Golden Mile and thriving CBD needed a public mode of transport that would service the local business, residential and tourist markets while showcasing the jewels of the city. The transport needed to be safe, entertaining, punctual, accommodate disabled people and provide extended accessibility beyond business hours.
This service does not compete with the Mynah or Taxi routes. It has its own unique routes, operational phases and pricing structure; as well as going to great lengths to ensure the safety of passengers both on board and at the fifteen stops.
